Noor is a modern restaurant in Groningen, the Netherlands. Our kitchen is focused on cooking with seasonal and fresh ingredients. We work directly with fishermen, hunters, gatherers, ranchers and farmers to source the best produce in the local existence. The kitchen, restaurant and Chef’s Table share the same open space, creating a dynamic and intimate exchange between our team and guests.

Noor offers a gastronomic menu with à la carte dishes and a carefully composed wine list to accompany your lunch and dinner with suitable wines.

In addition, Noor offers a special menu in 5 or 7 courses with suitable wines and/or non-alcoholic infusions and juices. Below you will find our current menu.

The dishes can change daily and move with the seasons and the range of our producers. We only work with fresh products and are therefore dependent on the daily market supply. The menu on the website may therefore differ from the menu in the restaurant. Please excuse us for ingredients that are sometimes unavailable.

On Friday and Saturday evening we only serve the 7-course menu.

Because we like to let you enjoy quietly, we take the order from the menus at the latest at 13.00 and 20.00.

We serve our menus for the entire company of the table.

Every afternoon, except on Saturdays & public holidays, we serve a three-course lunch menu for € 65.00.
