Our menu is created with great care. However, due to the wide variety of dietary requirements and allergies, it is not possible for us to accommodate all of them. Our small kitchen and limited logistics make it impossible to accommodate extensive adjustments for severe allergies or complex dietary requirements.
If you have a mild allergy or intolerance from the list below, without any risk of anaphylaxis and where cross-contamination is not an issue, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities. If you do not eat fish, meat, game, poultry, or shellfish, we will serve a vegetarian alternative.
We want to be open and transparent about this. Below you will find an overview of dietary requirements and allergies that we can or cannot accommodate.

- Vegan: not possible.
- Vegetarian: a fully vegetarian menu is possible.
- Fish, shellfish and crustaceans: In case of an allergy to one of these groups, we will adapt the dishes. With a combined allergy, we will serve a vegetarian menu.
- Gluten: can largely be avoided, but soy sauce remains part of the menu.
- Lactose: can be limited, but not fully excluded.
- Mushrooms: can be avoided in individual dishes, but remain present in base preparations.
- Core ingredients: products such as eggs, spinach, citrus, vinegar, garlic, leek, celery and similar ingredients are always part of the menu.
Good to know: not all combinations of dietary requirements are feasible in our kitchen.
Adjustments on the spot: additional requests communicated during the dinner, if feasible, will incur a surcharge of €30 per person.
