Do you already have a gift voucher? You can still redeem it with us. The terms and conditions below remain fully applicable.

The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
The gift voucher is exclusively valid for dining at Restaurant Noor.
The voucher must be used in one single transaction.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable.
Cancellations or refunds are not possible after purchase.
We are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of vouchers.
The original voucher or a valid digital version with a unique code must be presented at the time of payment.
The gift voucher is freely transferable; however, use remains at the holder’s own risk.
A voucher does not guarantee the right to a specific date or time for a reservation.
In the event of a no-show without timely cancellation, the voucher may be partially or fully forfeited.
Any attempt at forgery, misuse, or fraud will immediately invalidate the voucher.
Restaurant Noor reserves the right to refuse a voucher in case of doubt regarding its authenticity.
In the event of business termination or the permanent closure of Restaurant Noor, the gift voucher will expire, and no right to compensation or refund can be derived from it.
