Jeroen and Marleen cook from the heart, using products and techniques they truly value and love. No complicated flavors or techniques, just the main ingredient in its purest form. They always strive for the highest possible quality, without concessions or shortcuts.
Refined sauces form the foundation, complemented by fish, shellfish from Dutch waters, (game) meat, as many locally sourced vegetables as possible, and cheeses exclusively aged in the Netherlands. When the very best can only be found beyond the borders, they cross them without hesitation. Their cooking style is rooted in French tradition, enriched with global influences and a clear passion for Japanese flavors. Bright acidity, bold taste, and elegant richness – that is what Menu Noor is all about.

For those who want to be even closer to the kitchen, there is the Chef’s Table. An exclusive kitchen table for 2 to 8 guests, with a direct view of the chefs at work. Here, you experience the energy of the kitchen up close and watch each dish come to life. Ask questions, listen to stories, and discover the little details that usually remain unseen. At this table, both classic and contemporary dishes are served, prepared with exceptional ingredients. It is a unique experience where flavor, craftsmanship, and emotion come together.
A LA CARTE
There is also the option to enjoy lunch or dinner à la carte. Larger dishes, fewer courses, but with the same focus on quality and experience. Perfect for those who wish to indulge in less time without compromising on taste or refinement. Every creation is prepared with the same care and precision, allowing you to experience the essence of Noor. À la carte can be reserved for lunch or dinner for up to 5 guests and is not available on Saturday evenings.
