THE CHEF’S TABLE AT NOOR

This exclusive chef’s table accommodates 2 to a maximum of 8 guests, offering a direct view of our kitchen and chefs. Here you will have the opportunity to witness behind-the-scenes work in the kitchen. While observing the preparation of dishes by the chefs, you are free to ask them culinary questions and gain insight into their kitchen secrets.

Our goal is to create refined flavor experiences, but above all, to evoke emotions on the plate and in our guests.

At this table, we serve both classic and contemporary dishes, prepared with highly exclusive ingredients.

DIETARY REQUESTS & ALLERGIES

Our elaborate Chef’s Table menu is based on fish, shellfish, vegetables, and a small amount of meat. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets, or guests who do not eat fish and/or meat.

Selection of Dutch cheeses starting from €6 per piece
Unlimited purified and chilled still or sparkling water throughout the experience · €7.50 per person

After dinner and coffee, you are welcome to enjoy one final drink before we wrap up. In the afternoon, this is until 4.30 PM at the latest, and in the evening until midnight. This allows us to stay cheerful and motivated to welcome you each day.
