HOUSE RULES

At Restaurant Noor we want every guest to feel welcome and at ease. Over time, we have learned that it is important to clearly outline a few house rules. In the past, we have encountered situations where not everyone took the environment or our staff into account. To prevent any future misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules.

All instructions from Restaurant Noor staff related to these house rules must always be followed.

In case of fire, remain calm and report it immediately to the staff on duty. If a general fire alarm sounds, you must leave the building immediately.

Cameras are placed at various locations within our building. By entering our premises, you agree to being recorded. In the event of an incident, these recordings may be used as supporting material for third parties.

Lost items can be handed in to one of our staff members.

Restaurant Noor is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

The management, the owner of the premises, and/or persons employed by Restaurant Noor cannot be held liable for any injury or for material or immaterial damage that visitors may incur.

Pets are not allowed on the premises or inside the building of Restaurant Noor.

Removing property of Restaurant Noor from the premises is not permitted. In cases of deliberate damage to our property, those responsible will be held liable for the repair or replacement costs.

The use, possession, or distribution of narcotics within our building is strictly prohibited.

Restaurant Noor is completely smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside our premises. If this ban is violated, management may charge a fee for each offense.
Het is niet toegestaan om binnen of buiten onze gebouwen te roken. Indien het rookverbod wordt overtreden, kan het management een geldbedrag per overtreding in rekening brengen.
