Allergies and dietary requirements

Our menu is created with great care. However, due to the wide variety of dietary requirements and allergies, it is not possible for us to accommodate every request. Our small kitchen and limited logistics make it impossible to provide extensive adjustments for severe allergies or complex dietary needs.

If you have a mild allergy or intolerance from the list below, without risk of anaphylaxis and where cross-contamination is not an issue, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities. If you do not eat fish, meat, game, poultry, shellfish or crustaceans, we will serve a vegetarian alternative.

We want to be open and transparent about this. That is why you will find below an overview of dietary requirements and allergies that we can, or cannot, accommodate.

  • Vegetarian: a fully vegetarian menu is available, but not vegan.
  • Fish, shellfish and crustaceans: if you are allergic to one of these groups we will adjust the dishes, in case of a combined allergy we will serve a vegetarian menu.
  • Gluten: can largely be avoided, but soy sauce remains part of the menu.
  • Lactose: can be limited, but not completely excluded.
  • Mushrooms: avoided in individual dishes, but still present in base preparations.
  • Basic ingredients: products such as eggs, spinach, citrus, vinegar, garlic, leek, celery and similar ingredients are always part of the menu.

Adjustments on the spot: additional requests communicated during dinner, if feasible, will incur a surcharge of €30 per person.
